Hi I'm Tuty, a self-taught artist from Estonia living in New Zealand.I do illustrations, 2D V-tuber model art and rigging, character design, emotes and even some animations which I also make in Live2D, such as animated emotes, starting soon screens, etc!Over the years of doing art online I've had the experience of many private clients and love doing work for them!I also often share my art progress over on twitch as a v-tuber and do so while chatting to my lovely community.

CHARACTER DESIGN AND REFERENCE SHEET

CHARACTER DESIGN: $300+ USD
REFERENCE SHEET: $500+ USDPlease provide clear descriptions, photo/art references, and/or mood boards for the design elements you'd like.Character Design:
Full-body front view or 3/4 view of character. Back view is not included, but can be asked for! Ideal for those looking to get an original character or outfit.
Lightly rendered style in order to focus on the design, unless discussed differently.Reference Sheet:
Full-body front and back view of character, closeups of any important details and a color palette.
Text can be added to explain details or character traits (such as height, age, etc..
Different bust-up expressions and props can be requested for an additional fee.The design process will take multiple back and forths with the client as I will send WIP's and waiting for confirmation, so close contact is preferred!

You'll receive a .psd file that is cut, cleaned and ready for rigging as well as a .png for showcases.The pricing will be affected by design complexity.
The price includes 5 facial expression stickers, such as heart eyes, starry eyes, heavy blush, sweating, mouth changes etc. of your choice.

HALF-BODY: $800+ USD

The pricing will be affected by design complexity.
This is rigging only, it does not come with the model illustration (unless ordered with it). You will need a fully separated and prepared .psd file.

✧ NUDE BASE: Nude bases are recommended if you'd like more outfits in the future. It makes drawing and rigging them much easier.
✧ DESIGN FEE: If you don't have any existing references, I'd be happy to design the character for an additional fee. I'll require photo/art references for every part of the character.
✧ MOUTH ADD-ONS: Please keep in mind that you need an iPhone and Vbridger for these to work!
✧ PRIVACY FEE: If you want the model to be kept secret until after debut! I will not post WIP's on twitter, stream or share it anywhere until I am allowed.
✧ RUSH FEE: The end result may not be as polished as I'd like it to be due to lack of time....................................................................................

✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦

GENERAL INFO✧ Once you decide to commission me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.✧ I retain the full rights to all commissioned artworks and can feature them on my website and social media.✧ Pricing might vary depending on complexity. Extremely detailed characters/outfits/features might alter the price.✧ I have a right to decline something that I'm either not capable or not comfortable doing.✧ I may stream the commission work unless asked not to.✧ You're allowed to repost the artwork, but you must give proper credits to me, "TutyPluty". You are NOT allowed to claim it as your own art!✧ If you, the client, did not read the terms of services, I will not be held responsible for your own misconception.✧ I have the right to take action, once I find out a breach of terms and conditions as been made.✧ If you want to commission something from me that is not listed or have any other questions, please don't be afraid to reach out and ask!!COMMERCIAL INFO✧ The client must pay 2 - 3x the original amount if the artwork is used for commercial use such as to produce merchandise.
(ex. original price $20 + commercial work: $20 = total: $40)✧ If you receive profit from my artwork being featured in for example streams, Youtube videos, profile picture etc. Please credit me for the artwork!ORDERING AND PAYMENT✧ Orders are collected from twitter and discord messages as well as through email and V-Gen requests!✧ I will ask you confirmation before sending you a paypal invoice for the initial payment. (unless done through V-Gen)✧ I take full price upfront usually, otherwise 50% of the payment is required to start the drawing process. The other half is after the client accepts the sketch made by the artist.✧ I only accept payment via invoice on PayPal in NZD (New Zealand Dollar). (unless done through V-Gen) I will convert it to NZD myself. Please do not send me the money without an invoice first!✧ A full refund will be given if the artist cancels the commission. If the client wishes to cancel a commission, they are entitled to a partial refund if the commission is not complete.✧ I will not issue a full or partial refund if the commission has been completed for any reason.✧ Deadlines can be set up for an additional fee, but please be reasonable with them. Depending on the artwork, my completion time can range anywhere from a week to 3 months.COMMUNICATION✧ I like to keep in touch with my clients and send them WIP's over the process of creating their artwork.✧ You can always ask for WIP's, but please keep in mind to give me time to actually work in between them.✧ Please give me a detailed description (with reference photos/art/mood boards if there are any) so I can create something that you truly want, unless you want me to have creative freedom.✧ The sketch phase is the best time to tell me if you'd like something changed, such as the pose, expression etc. Don't be shy to ask for adjustments as I try my best to please my clients and capture the characters aesthetic and personality the best I can!✧ Once the commission is finished I can offer small edits such as color adjustments and missing details, but I will not redraw or add big pieces to it.✧ The responsibility is on you to ensure that you have provided all the details you would like me to follow.
